Refund policy

Cancelling an order

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and is instead subject to the return policy below.

Returns

An unopened parcel or product may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging.

Opened or used personal-care products are not eligible for return, except where an incorrect, damaged or defective product was received.

Return shipping

• If you are returning a product because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return courier charges.
• If Noralusin supplied an incorrect, damaged or defective product, Noralusin is responsible for the applicable return or replacement shipping cost.

Refunds

An approved refund is processed only after Noralusin has received and inspected the returned shipment.

For Cash on Delivery orders, an approved refund may be made by bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
